I booked this hotel by calling, a nice, clean hotel in the city center with friendly staff who speak English. Delicious continental breakfasts and your own small pool. I see some disadvantages in the rooms because they use very cheap furniture, and also the air conditioners in heating mode make terrible sounds and frankly interfere with the sleep of the neighbors, the walls between the rooms are thin and you can hear every neighbor’s sneeze, the maid is very loud, I consider this a disadvantage because the person maybe it's a night flight and he wants to sleep. Cleaning 5: everything is clean, water, soap, towels are changed on time. There are problems with the number of seats in the cafe; there are not enough seats for everyone. Overall not bad, but for the money I've seen better.

We really enjoyed our stay. The staff was helpful and professional. The housekeepers did a splendid job. Our room was each time very well cleaned. The staff during breakfast was also very organized and working well. They refilled quickly when needed and had a smile every time. The hotel is situated in the city so you can reach shops and supermarkets by walking. The city mall Mark Antalya is also nearby and very nice to spend time. You can get a massage at Promasaj, have dinner at different restaurants, and shop for cloths. We can recommend this hotel.

The location was honestly the only good thing about our choice of hotel. 1st day we find a dead cockroach in front of the elevator where we had to remind the staff 2x to clean it! Hotel room was visibly old with wall paper pealing off and ceiling with leaking stains. Breakfast was not impressive in any way, few choices of fresh vegetables and fruits, day old pastry and cheeses, not what I expected from the past reviews. After a few days huge construction work was being done on the roof which felt like it was happening on the hall since we stayed at the last floor. First day of works started at 11pm and stopped once we complained. Next few days work started at around 9am and it would go on all day, after 2 days of this we complained once again and were given a new room. At the new room, the shower head disconnected while showering and fell on top of my head. And a few other things that just seem pointless now. DO NOT RECOMMEND!
